We are looking for an experienced and motivated Costumer Service Representative to join our team and service all auto, home, agricultural and commercial accounts. We also will have minimum production requirements for new business production. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, managing service pipelines, and communicating with clients to satisfy their requests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales and service process, and the ability to think strategically to identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take corrective action when necessary.
• Manage phone lines for existing customer requests and new business opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
